To celebrate 50 years of County Sales in Floyd, The Handmade Music School and County Sales is offering a Traditional Brother-Style and Bluegrass Duet Singing Workshop with Jeremy & Corrina Stephens at the Floyd Country Store on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 3:00 pm. Registration is free with a suggested donation of $20 to Handmade Music School and County Sales.

Handmade Music School & Springhouse Community School GiveLocalNRV Collaborative Event

The Handmade Music School & Springhouse are joining forces to celebrate our shared values of community and passing on life-giving culture through mentoring, tradition, music, dance, education, and art on June 28th, 2023 at 5 PM for GiveLocal 2023. We will gather at The Floyd Country Store and feature our students and teachers from Handmade Music School and Springhouse's print shop, Sourced Press, demonstrating how we share these traditions together.

Valentine’s Day Fundraiser Concert & Dinner (Sold Out)

Join us for the Handmade Music School's Valentine's Day Fundraiser Dinner at the Floyd Country Store on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. Appetizers with drinks and music starts at 6:00pm with meal and music beginning at 7:00pm. Music performed by Handmade Music School students and teachers including Jesse Smathers & Corbin Hayslett. The meal will be served by Handmade Music School students.
