Students will receive a HMS Youth Get Together Camp T-shirt at the end of camp. Please indicate a shirt size for each participant. Available sizes include XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL., XXL. All shirts are in Youth sizes.

By checking this box, you give permission for your student to be photographed during Handmade Music School activities and give the HMS permission to use these photos for the sole purpose of promotion for future programming, including, but not limited to; grant applications, brochures, and social media.

If you would like to apply for a Share The Music Scholarship please check this box so we can send you an email with the form and more information. If you do not check this box we will bill you full price. Scholarships may cover up to 50% of fees.

Cancellation Policy *

I understand that if my student is registered for the Youth Get Together camp and if I do not cancel 7 days prior to camp that I will pay 50% of the tuition, even if my student is only present for one class.
