The Handmade Music School presents Let's Jam: A Bluegrass Jam Workshop with Jesse Smathers at the Floyd Country Store on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 7:00pm. Cost is $50 for an intensive 2 hour session. All bluegrass instruments and vocalists are welcome.

Handmade Music School is partnering with Floyd Center for the Arts to produce the 1st Annual Floyd Living Traditions Festival on August 26, 2023 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on the Floyd Center of the Arts campus. The festival showcases traditional Floyd County arts and will be your chance to witness the magic of basket making, quilting, spinning, weaving, instrument making, blacksmithing, woodworking, dance and music. Attendance is FREE.
